really good except useless for getting a taxi to airport at 4am. we stayed there because it’s an airport hotel so that was a poor show . Great hotel . restaurant too expensive. staff friendly but they need to understand they are an airport hotel and need to be on top of that. My partner thankfully speaks French so eased the taxi problem but if you’re an English speaker it’ll be hassle but you’ll get there. all in all great place just need to understand the taxi bit!

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Reception open 24 hrs. They helped us book taxis and made our very short stay very comfortable. The location was close enough to the airport but it's hardly noticeable. The garden and swimming pool areas were comfortable and relaxing and enjoyable areas for a relaxing afternoon. The room was a bit tight for space but with the sofabed folded and used only for the night it was comfortable.

I was very surprised by the hotel, I loved all the sitting areas, the garden and the pool and the on-site restaurant. My kids enjoyed the garden area and the pool. Though there are lots of areas that require improvements. The location was really good. I like the reception area, the most.

Location right beside the No1 bus stop for travel into the centre of Bordeaux. Also, when the tram line to the airport is finished (?) it will run right by the hotel. Also handy for the airport. Helpful, friendly staff. Swimming pool a big bonus as are the very relaxing gardens.

Loved this place - it was really reasonably priced and lovely and quirky and chill. Breakfast was great tons of choices - kids enjoyed the pool. There is volleyball and table table tennis etc - a really nice vibe to the place - didn’t feel like an airport hotel at all.
